Wednesday Day 68




bought a camera and have new pics.
weight 235 lbs. body fat creeping back up to 30.6. need to do more cardio. looking at the pics compared to the ones taken in March reveal not much change in the front, a more v shape in the back and a significant change in the side belly profile.

I think I may want to change my workout routine though and look for something that focus more on chest and arms. I'll continue reading BTFFTM and see if Tom has any good suggestions.

Looking great Dan! You have a great frame to work with. If I were you I would concentrate on some full-body routines. I would not go for a specialised program at the moment. Many gym goers (especially the younger ones) concentrate on the arms and chest and have no back or legs. Check out some of the workouts by Chad Waterbury, I highly recommend his programs!

Thanks Mike. Good advice. I don't want to 'forget' about my core, back, and legs, but I do want to incorporate some basic chest and arms moves (clean chest press and arm curls).

I've had success in the past with Body for Life 6 day workouts (upperbody, cardio, lowerbody, cardio, upper, cardio, rest) repeat.

You are looking so good DAN...am impressed by the progress you are making! Do take Mike Groom´s advise seriously, as he´s doing so well too. Check out his latest Reveal photos that he posted a few days ago, and you´ll see that he knows about how and what to do. ALL of us need to take his advise!
Keep up the good work. We´re all proud of how hard you are working.
